NOTE: THIS PAGE IS SOLELY INTENDED FOR THE BUYERS OF OUR WOODEN PREFAB HOUSES AS TO INFORM THEM  ABOUT THE WEATHER SEALS THAT WE WILL USE FOR THE DOORS AND WINDOWS.  WE DO NOT SELL THE SEALS SEPERATELY

For doors and windows to function they must have gaps between the rails and stiles and the jambs. These gaps allow easy opening, closing and accommodate for normal bulding movement (shrinking and expansion). However, such gaps can also allow the intrusion of noise, fire and smoke, rain, cold draughts, light, insects and vermin, and the leakage of heating or air conditioning. The solution is to fit a sealing system which seals the gaps around doors and windows when closed. Properly fitted they can provide a complete and continuous seal for all door and window types that will not impede normal use. Seals will mainly be installed in exterior doors and windows, such as for folding, sliding, casement, awning, etc .

The seals are made from either PVC, silicon rubber, EPDM (*) or thermo plastic pelastomer (TPE), whether or not in combination with anodised aluminum

(*) EPDM rubbers have exceptional memory which means that the sections will resume their original shapeafter long periods of compression, such as can be experienced in infrequently used doors and windows

For our seals we use imported seals from either the Raven brand or the Henderson brand (both brands Australia made)

Prefab World Bali

Reviews from Prefab World Bali

Prefabworld Bali International is doing an excellent job of modeling the 3-D finite element frame structure in STAAD and now analyzing the individual members to ensure that they are not overstressed. I have just completed a review of the column analysis for the primary columns supporting the roof, and it is well presented and clearly shows the members are of adequate size. I have not seen anything like this the before the way this report was presented and prepared with the vast knowledge behind. It was that excellent. This type of analysis would not have been possible by hand calculation because of the complexity of the structures. Excellent job by Prefabworld Bali International.
