All our cyclone rated droos are made from properly kiln dried genuine tropical Bangkirai hardwood. Bangkirai, one of the strongest and most durable hardwoods in the world. This type of wood will endure the highest impacts from flying debris.
Sizes can be adjusted to your own requirements. Standard door thickness is 40 mm and cannot be changed.
Virutally any exterior door shown on our hardwood door page can be transferred into a hurricane door using Bangkirai hardwood and high impact tempered glasss with the proper thickness (depends on the local codes). <link me to the hardwood door page>
