Prices of the Prefabworld Bali homes
PRICES OF OUR WOODEN PREFABRICATED UNITS
We provide 2 types of price lists; a PDF price list and an Excel interactive price list. The PDF price list shows average prices, while the Excel interactive price list calculates the precise and accurate prices. You may either download the PDF price list or the Excel interactive price list, or both. You may start with the PDF price list for a general price overview and later apply the Excel price list to arrive at precise and accurate prices for a model.
Differences between the PDF price list and the interactive may vary between 5% and 10%. The PDF price list shows flat and average prices. In contrast, the interactive price list provides all the latest accurate prices for the basic, standard, premium and superior build option and in addition will allow you to modify the price for any unit based on your preferred materials and build options. In contrast, you can also add an option for building in cyclone areas and add a termite resistant upgrade.
The build options are listed below. The contents of the kit can be reviewed < here >
CATALOGUE
Our company does not carry a catalog for the following reasons: Our models are showcased on our website and can be viewed in detail. The models are sometimes subject to updates and modifications. As a result, a new catalog needs to be printed which are significant cost. In contrast, the remaining catalogs need to be discarded, which is a waste and considered not environmentally friendly.
