This design is for sale against a special price due to the fact that a high ranking person from the Cook islands, - who ordered this design -, suddenly and without any reason cancelled the order, while we had already fully worked out all the drawings.
The design that we produced and which is shown here was intended for a small resort in the Aroranga district, at a location 300 meter North of the Manuia beach resort (along the Ara Tapu road) and South of the cemetry.
