MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
The memorandum of understanding (MOU) is an agreement between our company and a potential client who wishes to order a design and/or a wooden prefab unit. The agreement will be outlined in a formal document which is not binding but signals the willingness of the parties to move forward with a contract. The MOU can be seen as the starting point for a project as it defines the scope and purpose of the works.
