1. RE-ASSEMBLY BY YOURSELF
This is all what you need to re-assemble our houses
This page shows how easy it is to re-assemble our Bali Knockdown Homes. With only little DIY experience you will be able to build a home prefabricated by us without any nail to be driven. Ask a few friends for some helping hands (wood can be very heavy) and don't forget to ask them to bring a screw driver at least.
Below we show you a few pages of our 3-D assembly manual. The system uses numbers and colors. The number shown on the pages correspond with the number on the prefab parts. The manual will also include pictures taken during the assembly at our yard in Bali, from start to end product. Click on the pictures for an enlargement.
2. RE-ASSEMBLY WITH THE HELP OF PART OF OUR CREW (OUTSOURICNG)
In business, outsourcing is the contracting out of a business process to a third-party. Outsourcing involves transferring employees from one firm to another.
Outsourcing includes both foreign and domestic contracting.Financial savings from lower international labor rates is a big motivation for outsourcing/offshoring.
Though our prefab houses are very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience there may be siutations when a clent wisches us to re-assemble the unit or units at the client's end.
Based on an experience of 35 years in outsourcing Prefabworld Bali International has developed a detailed 15 page outsourcing document which covers the whole range of issues to deal with both for the client and our company during an outsourcing period, such as working hours, holidays, travel, illness, accidents, insurances, etc., etc.
We have an abstract available of our outsourcing document which you may inquire for. This abstract is only a global overview of the inter-party regulations and does not contain details. Paragraphs containing sensitive and/or personal informaiton have been omitted in the abstract. Nonetheless it provide a clear view of how we have arranged the outsourcing of our staff and workers. You may inquire for the abstract via our "contact" button shown at the top of the web site.
