Wooden prefab house design services

Why engaging an architect who may charge fancy design fees, while we can do the same for free

P.T. Prefabworld Bali International offers architectural and/or structural design services for clients who wish to build a tropical wooden prefab house based on their own ideas and/or sketches, provided a fabrication order will materialize. The client will pay a certain deposit based on the total of the footprint of the house to be designed. This deposit (design fee) wll be refunded in full after the fabrication order has been awarded to our company. As such the client will obtain a fully free of charge set of drawings and/or structural calculations. The package will comprise a full set of architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, cross sections), details and a structural calculation report, if so required
