Design packages that Prefabworld Bali offers for sale

Prefabworld Bali International offers a number of their designs for sale, either for evaluation, self building, building by a contractor, or serve as a design example for your architect. The models can both be built in the traditional way (bricks), in wood or a combination thereof.

Basic design: For submission to the local building authorities for the application of a building license
Detailed design: For submission to the local building authorities for the application of a building license + self build (or by contractor)

NOTE: In the event that you decide to have the unit prefabricated by us we will refund the cost for the design package.

A number of our standard model designs (*) are offered for sale. If you wish to build by yourself or a contractor you may consider to buy one of our our design packages. The models can both be built in the traditional way (bricks), in wood or a combination thereof.

Note that the dimensions given on the example do not reflect the actual dimensions, whereas the scale bar is set at a random scale. A number of dimensions have intentionally been deleted. The actual design will show all dimensions.
