MAIN CONDITION
We will not pre-assemble at our yard but will directly build at your land
Situation A: The unit to be built on client’s land having an house built on it, whether or not occupied by client
• The workers to be allowed to stay overnight at client’s end (we will erect a very small and simple temporary dormitory on a spot not disturbing the client)
• Unrestricted access at all times to the worker’s facilities, except under certain conditions enforced by client
• Accept the sound from drilling, hand plaining machines and other small gear during working hours
• The workers to be allowed to do their daily cooking (with gas)
• Electricity during the assembly to be provided and paid for by client
• Temporary connection to client’s water supply connection for the worker’s bathing and toilet requirements
• Temporary connection from the dormitory bathing facilities to client’s wastewater septic system
• Allowing to have a TV running at the worker’s dormitory
• Client shall not interfere with the workers while carrying out their duties and/or give instructions related to the re-assembly of the unit(s)
• Cost for a KIPEM to be borne by client (KIPEM is the locally monthly required fee for allowing the workers to work and/or stay overnight in the local community. i.e Banjar)

Situation B: The unit to be built at client’s land not yet having any facility (empty land)
• The workers to be allowed to stay overnight at client’s land (we will erect a very small and simple temporary dormitory)
• The workers to be allowed to do their daily cooking (with gas)
• We will apply for a temporary electricity connection with PLN. The application costs to be borne by client (*)
• The cost for the use of electricity to be borne by client
• We drill a water source to a certain depth to reach fresh and clean water. The water will be pure and potable and can be used for own purposes after the prefab unit has been built. The cost for the drilling and the installation of the water pipes to be borne by client.
• 2 options for the wastewater system:
B-1: We dig a temporary disposal pit for the wastewater. After the completion of the project the pit to be filled with absorbing limestone gravel and covered with soil.
B-2: We build a septic tank which can later be used for client’s own wastewater system
• Allowing to have a TV running at the worker’s dormitory
• Client shall not interfere with the workers while carrying out their duties and/or give instructions related to the re-assembly of the unit(s)
• Cost for a KIPEM to be borne by client (KIPEM is the locally monthly required fee for allowing the workers to work and/or stay overnight in the local community, i.e Banjar)

(*) Can be changed into a permanent connection, the power supply increased if required and utilized for own purposes after the prefab unit has been built
