It is very simple to order one or more of our tropical wooden houses.
A. ORDER
The total choice of models, material options, payment system and/or combinations thereof are in "abundance". To select your best option tailored to fit your requirements and local circumstances we may encourage you to follow the steps as outlined below. It may take some time and effort, however, the result will be satisfying.
Step 1: | Chose a model from one of our detail model pages. So you wish, make a screen print of the drawings shown. If done, continue with the next step, or you may first jump to step 4 to save time. After the inquiry has been sent continue with step 2. |
Step 2: | Scrutinize the design that you copied. If you are confident that this is what you are looking for continue with the next step. |
Step 3: | Determine the building option (basic, standard, premium or superior). Verify this via <prefab material options> (This may require some time and effort) |
Step 4: | Check the price via our <price list> you have to inquire for (the price list will be e-mailed within a period of max. 8 hours). If the price is right continue with the next step |
Step 5: | Chose a payment system that suits you best. Check <payment system> |
Once you are satisfied and confident you may contact us via de form below and state the model code number of your choice, the material option and the required payment system. We wil e-mail you our Memorandum of Understanding < MOM > to be sigend by you, whereupon a draft contract will be issued. The pre-fabrication will start as soon as both parties have duly signed the contract and the first payment installment has been received.

B. SUPPLY
The supply of the home will be done by container. All parts of the kit will be neatly packed ans stuffed with the items that are first needed in front of the container. Depending on the shipment agreement with the cargo forwarder, the container will either be delivered at the nearest port or to your doorstep.
C. RE-ASSEMBLY
The assembly process is very simple and easy to do. You will receive a 3-D assembly manual (similar to an IKEA kit), whereas all parts are neatly numbered and coded. For an example refer to <assembly manual>. No need to engage a contractor if you have some DIY experience and a few friends to help and assist you.
D. OUTSOURCING
Though our prefab houses are very easy to re-assemble with little DIY experience there may be siutations when a clent wishes that our company re-assemble the unit or units at the client's end.
